Q: What, exactly, is GC Pro?
A: GC Pro is the outside sales division of Guitar Center. It was specifically created to better serve our customers who use their products in professional applications. GC Pro offers personalized service by regional account managers who offer their expertise along with the great pricing you've come to expect from the world's largest music/audio products retailer.
Q: Who does GC Pro service?
A: In addition to commercial recording facilities, GC Pro's customers range from serious project studio owners to professional musicians and producers, churches, live music and dance clubs, post-production studios, broadcast facilities, mobile recording studios, and more.
Q: How do I work with GC Pro?
A: You start by contacting a GC Pro Account Manager in your area. The Account Manager will talk with you about your needs, and specify solutions based on your individual requirements.
Q: Can I get more than studio gear through GC Pro?
A: Yes. We offer anything that's carried in the Guitar Center stores, in addition to the select list of higher-end equipment carried exclusively at GC Pro. We can be your source for guitars, drums, amps and other tools for your music (including rare and vintage instruments). See our Brands area for a list of manufacturers we carry.
Q: Do I have to go into a store to work with GC Pro?
A: No. Your Account Manager can consult with you independently, and coordinate delivery and installation of your new equipment. We can give you access to multiple models in a product category to evaluate which ones best fit your needs. You need never set foot inside a store to get the perfect new component or system.
Q: What if I need services beyond the purchase of my gear?
A: Let your GC Pro Account Manager know about your goals, and it's likely he or she can help provide a solution. A few examples:
* Setting up a record-ready DAW computer, with all software and interfaces pre-installed
* Providing consultation on acoustic and technical design for studios
* Creating entire sound reinforcement, recording and lighting solutions for places of worship, live music venues and more
Q: Do products cost more when purchased from GC Pro?
A: GC Pro offers extremely competitive pricing on products and services. It's the advantage you get from working with a division of the world's largest pro audio retailer.
Q: Does GC Pro offer special financing plans?
A: Yes. Please see our Purchase area for details.
