Acquisition opens doors for innovation in managed travel systems.

Waterford, WI – July 10, 2014 – Runzheimer International, the global leader in employee mobility solutions, has acquired Chicago-based travel technology firm ProcureApp, Inc., a rising star of innovation in managed travel systems for business.

ProcureApp allows business travelers to use their favorite booking tools while ensuring negotiated discounts are applied and itinerary information is collected at the time of booking. It keeps pace with the trend of consumerism in the business travel industry while helping travel managers overcome challenges with policy compliance and loss of negotiated discounts with travel partners.
