When his face is relaxed and he's still like this, you see signs of his face droop that may indicate prior strokes or mini strokes. Yesterday, he stood catatonically still as a person near him who had collapsed was being treated - as if all awareness had drained from him. He still manages to avoid too many extended recalibration periods, but he's had a few, one lasting 6 days. Once that becomes more frequent, he's toast.

For now, Trump's ill health and cognitive decline is absolutely their new Big Lie - a secret that the few in the know guard with their lives. Most in his power circle do what they always do - speak the opposite - marveling at his great health and youthful virility and amazing acuity and superhuman this and that.

I especially notice the ERRATICISM in his energy level, which swings in both directions - this indicates he is medicated and they're adjusting as they go. He can fall asleep suddenly, stay up posting all night, then seem pumped, practically yelling his words, and then stare into space.

His decline, physically and cognitively, is also evidenced by his frustration and impatience - you see it in his inability to pivot. He cannot now nor ever relinquish his grandiosity - and so much of what we witness is testimony to that simple dysfunctional truth.

He must be a joy to be around. And I'd bet some in his circle are wondering what his state will be by the midterms.
